hello there! i'm trung-nova, a DTM producer since 2021 who created hardcore-focused music.
hope you enjoyed my works.

Q: who exactly are you?
A: i'll try to hide my personal informations LOL. i'm a full-time student, part time music producer who lives in Vietnam, interested in musics and games since i was a child, and i hope to become a [BIG SHOT].Q: why do you become a music producer?
A: simply because i'm inspired to be one.Q: what genres do you make?
A: mainly hardcore and dubstep. i can also do a lot more. i'm learning more also.Q: what do you use to make musics?

Last updated on September 25th, 2024.Use my songs at your own risk. trung-nova will not be responsible for any damages, problems caused by your unauthorised use of the music and will not be involved in any way. In addition, I may not be able to provide permissions to any songs released even in my name for reasons such as not being the copyright holder of the song.*The policies apply to every songs released under my own name and/or under circles/labels, except for exclusive works. If my songs is released under a label/circle or as a collab, you need to ask both me and the owner of the label/circle or other collaborators.
*For my remixes of other songs from other artists or games, it's important to check if they allow remixes of their songs to be used or not. There will be some exceptions.If all these terms below don't mention what you want to do with my music, it's best to contact me.

WHAT YOU CAN DO- Use my songs in unofficial charts in games that supports custom charting like osu!, ADOFAI,... as long as the charts are created and provided to all players for free.- Use my songs as an official chart of as a BGM included in any softwares, please contact me.- Use my songs in your YouTube videos, monetized or not, but they may be registered YouTube's Content ID system.- Remix my songs, as long as they are distributed through YouTube and SoundCloud only. Remix audio file must be downloadable by any means without a fee. If you are putting it on Bandcamp, leave the price as 0 or Name Your Price (no minimum).- If you are using my song as a corporation / a company / educational institution / volunteer organization / a company for volunteer /...it's best to contact me beforehand to confirm.

WHAT YOU CANNOT DO- Steal my works under any means. This goes without saying.- Use my songs in ways that are against the law, against public order and morals, religious use, political use, or use to hate, disparage or be offensive to myself or a third party (including other possible ways).- Re-arrange the songs in non-transformative ways (such as switching parts of the songs or different mastering,...) and redistribute it through music streaming services such as Spotify, Apple Music, etc... Edits are fine but permission is is required and they must be distributed through YouTube and SoundCloud only with monetization turned off.- Turn my songs or included artworks into NFTs. I will not condone this regardless of purpose.- Use my songs and (or) artworks that comes with them for AI training, regardless of purpose and the results being made commercial or not.

POLICY ON MONETIZED DERIVATIVE/TRANSFORMATIVE WORKS FROM MY SONG, starting from 25/09/2024: Apart from the terms mentioned above, all derivative/transformative works created from my songs must be created and accessible for FREE for everyone. If in any case a paid derivative/transformative work commission is made using any of my songs, it will be considered monetizing off of my work, therefore you MUST contact me before starting your peoject. Failure to comply will result in a takedown notice.
